PROJECT MANAGEMENT

For every project we take on, we have a specific procedure that we follow to ensure that our work is done on time and we can provide the best quality of work to our customers. We divide the project into several steps to monitor the quality of the work at each stage and deliver the best quality at the end. Our project management steps consist of:

Initiation

We identify the project manager, form a team, and then identify and organize the tools and tackles we need.

Planning

We break down the work structure, arrive at milestones, and schedule the activities that need to be done. Allocate the resources required for different activities. And lastly, we identify the relationship and dependency of activities on each other.

Execution

We start working on the planned activities. We do periodic reviews and communicate the progress of the projects to the concerned department and clients.

Monitoring

We keep a close eye on the project to ensure no deviation from schedules and budgets. If there is any deviation, we calculate the deviation and take necessary corrective measures accordingly

Closing

It is the part where we complete all the snags. We test the project and its commissioning. We check if all the work has been completed as planned. Prepare the hand over the document, sign it and hand over the project to the client.
