We undertake huge projects and follow PMBOK concept of project management life cycle. We assign a single project to a single project manager. We ensure that there is unified integration between our back office executives, project engineers and field executives through the right communication channels.
We monitor and review the projects regularly for excellent results. One of our main objectives is not to do any escalations, and we try and maintain that throughout the life cycle of the project. We do take HVAC turnkey projects as well as retrofits projects.
